Shipping rates based on location and always include insurance and tracking. We take the utmost care to package our products meticulously, but occasionally damage can occur during shipment. If you receive your product with any damage please contact ashlie [!at] thelightfactory.net within 7 days of receipt. You'll need to provide clear photos of the damaged box, packaging and/or product. Please keep the damaged box for inspection by FedEx.
Please send me your postal code for an accurate quote. VAT and duty fees are NOT included in the shipping and purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Cancellations may be made within 3 days of placing order for a full refund. Any cancellation after this period will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. You may return your light for any reason by contacting me at ashlie [!at] thelightfactory.net within 14 calendar days of fixture receipt. Product must be returned in new and salable condition, not previously installed, using the original packaging materials within 7 calendar days of notification (21 days after receipt) for refund to be issued. Refunds do not include 20% restocking fee or original shipping charges. Highly customized fixtures may not be eligible for return. Client is responsible for return shipping fees.
The Light Factory offer a one year warranty on all products. Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item only and does not cover damage from improper use or normal wear and tear. Incorrect installation or failure to follow our care instruction will void the warranty entirely.
