Shipping includes insurance and tracking. Because of this, we require a signature for delivery on all items over $100. We take the utmost care to package our products meticulously, but occasionally damage can occur during shipment. If you receive your product with any damage please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. You'll need to provide clear photos of the damaged box, packaging, and/or product. Please keep the damaged box for inspection by UPS.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. We are also not responsible for return shipping charges if you fail to sign for delivery.
Please send us your postal code for an accurate quote. VAT and duty fees are NOT included in the shipping and purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns.
Cancellations must be made within 7 days of placing an order for a full refund. Any cancellation after this period will be assessed up to a 20% restocking fee.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. You may return your light for any reason by contacting email@example.com within 7 calendar days of product receipt. The product must be returned in new and salable condition, not previously installed, using the original packaging materials within 7 calendar days of notification for the refund to be issued. Refunds do not include a 20% restocking fee. Highly customized fixtures, rush orders, and sale items are not eligible for return. The client is responsible for return shipping fees.
The Light Factory offers a one-year warranty on all products. Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item only and does not cover damage from improper use or normal wear and tear. Incorrect installation or failure to follow our care instructions will void the warranty entirely.
